I feel that outstanding service and excellent knowledge of your job should be recognized. The last 2 service calls that you sent a technician out to install and fix my worn jandy valves were outstanding.
I had several service calls during the prior season from different members of your crew and they could not pin point the reason the pipes were sucking in air and the main drain was not working. They came to the conclusion that the main drain should be shut down and the pvc under the ground was damaged or twisted. The solution was to shut the main drain permanently.
The techs that came this year immediately identified the problem and found a crack in the intake above the ground that was sucking in air. Valves were replaced and new pvc was installed, problem solved. My system is now running better than ever and I am saving wear and tear on my expensive pump.
I really feel that this crew should be recognized as true professionals.
