Levco was extremely responsive. I called on a Wednesday and even during the busy pool opening season, they were able to come out and replace the pump. When they arrived, they attempted to fix the pump a couple of different ways and although in the end we did need to replace the pump, I appreciated that they tried to save us some $ and did not go straight to the quick (and more expensive) fix. I would highly recommend them.
